My husband and I went to Santa Fe on a whim and on a whim decided to eat here since it was so close to where we were shopping. All the food was very good. I had a lamb platter with Greek fries. My husband had the same with jalapeno hummus, also very good! Service was good, friendly. Nice atmosphere, very tidy and nice finishes. Prices were very reasonable too. I highly recommend this place if you are in Santa Fe.
First time experiencing Yammas! From the moment you walk into the moment you leave the staff is absolutely wonderful! They are very welcoming and very attentive! The food is very colorful, delicious and tasty and it smells delicious! We tried multiple items including the chicken, gyros, shrimp, salads, The soup, hummus and pita bread! We also enjoyed all four desserts, including the frozen Greek yogurt with olive oil and sea salt! All of the desserts were delicious! Such flavor and texture! I highly recommend trying the olive oil and sea salt frozen Greek yogurt! The Greek fries are also delicious! They come in multiple arrangements with lots of flavor! The menu is very large and the food is made fresh! I highly recommend this Greek restaurant here in Santa Fe! Enjoy! The atmosphere is comfortable welcoming and the music is good!
Was so excited to see a Greek Restaurant in a sea of Latin! Counter service, but quality of food was great! My husband and I split the Chicken Gyro with a Greek Salad and Potatoes. Also ordered the Red Pepper Hummus. All was delish! Staff was super nice and friendly! Very clean Restaurant too! Highly recommend!
My go to in Santa Fe whenever I am craving Greek food! Have not had a single thing here that has been disappointing.. Consistently good quality tasty food and fast service from friendly staff. I LOVE their avgolemono soup and will especially recommend the semolina cake with their coffee. I'll often get their fish with a side of soup or spanakopita. Really really yummy! Absolute comfort food. Looking forward to coming back
Delicious! We had two sandwiches (falafel & lamb) orzo salad and zucchini fritters. Everything was so good. Take out was fast, staff was kind, decor was cute with some retro furniture we loved. Will be back!
This was my first visit and I’m quite critical as I’ve spent a lot of time in Crete eating gyros. First impression was table service since the tables and chairs are so nice then I saw the “Order at Counter” sign. The menu has many choices and I asked the lady taking my order to choose for me, between the Lamb or Shrimp gyro (“Sandwiches”) on the menu. I picked a table and even though it was lunchtime my food came quickly. The Lamb Gyro was loaded with all the goodies and the Greek Salad was perfect. The Fries with Feta were fine, but I wish they cut them fresh. I know it’s a pain to prep fresh fries but that puts restaurants on another level for me because it shows they care about everything being fresh made. They checked on me and I heard them at other tables. They are really nice people at this family owned business. I’ll definitely be back to work my way through the menu.
Lamb was great, Greek fries were really good. Cauliflower bulgar salad was great. Zucchini fritters were good.
For some reason Greek food in Santa Fe is very good. The classic gyro . Delicious. Staff cool and attentive.
